By booking with WINERY EXPERIENCES ORANGE you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION & DETAILS: For WINERY EXPERIENCES ORANGE to confirm your booking, you must provide all requested details. Including full name, contact details or dietary or health requirements. Please note your booking cannot be confirmed or finalised without provision of these details. WINERY EXPERIENCES ORANGE does not share your information with any third party.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS: A $50 per person deposit is required to secure you place on the tour. Full payment for any outstanding booking fees must be made prior to the commencement of the tour. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
CANCELLATIONS/POSTPONEMENTS :
Cancellation within 7 days of tour: Nil refund (100% of tour fee)
Cancellation 8 -21 days prior to tour: Deposit non-.refundable.
Postponements within 7 days of tour: 50% refund of tour cost.
PLEASE NOTE A $100 ADMINISTRATION FEE APPLIES TO ALL CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS.
INTOXICATION: WINERY EXPERIENCES ORANGE will not accept any unruly, unsociable or intoxicated behaviour. Federal, State and Local Government drinking laws are applied and adhered to. Inappropriate behaviour will result in the tour being terminated immediately. Wineries have the right to refuse service and refuse admission of any individual they deem intoxicated.
SEATBELTS: Legislation requires that seat belts must always be worn. It is the responsibility of all individuals to wear a seat belt. Failure to do so may result in a $300+ per person fine which is payable by the customer, not WINERY EXPERIENCES ORANGE.
NO SMOKING: Strictly no smoking inside the vehicle or inside the venues visited policy.
DAMAGE & CLEANING: Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles. Any damage inflicted to the vehicle by customers will be paid in full by them within seven (7) days. Where excess cleaning is required after a tour a cleaning fee of no less than $100 will be charged.
TOUR PICK UP & DROP OFF:
WINERY EXPERIENCES ORANGE picks up from accommodation providers, homes, businesses and locations within a 10km radius of Orange CBD. For anything over 10km a charge may apply. We require your pick-up details at least 48 hours prior to the tour.
CELLAR DOOR: WINERY EXPERIENCES ORANGE reserves the right to alter the itinerary should an unforeseen issue arise at any of the proposed cellar doors.
Extreme weather or dangerous conditions WEO reserves the right to cancel any tour should extreme or dangerous weather conditions be present. Option for refunds or vouchers for future tours will be discussed with individuals.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice. Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience, but no liability is accepted for any illness, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage whilst on tour.
Tours operate all year round and are not usually affected by weather conditions.

This Privacy Policy sets out the approach which Winery Experiences Orange (WEO) will take in relation to the treatment of Personal Information. It includes information on how WEO collects, uses, discloses and keeps secure, individuals’ personal information. It also covers how WEO makes the personal information it holds available for access to and correction by the individual.
